Mr. Bartlett's practice consists of bankruptcy litigation, corporate and individual debtor reorganizations, real estate and business contracts litigation, foreclosure defense litigation, defamation litigation, employment litigation, securities litigation, family litigation, criminal defense litigation, and personal injury litigation. Mr. Bartlett began his legal career assisting attorneys at prominent law firms in midtown New York City where he worked on large complex securities disputes involving allegations of fraudulent schemes, and civil disputes involving the SEC. Upon graduating law school, Mr. Bartlett worked for Hall, Lamb & Hall, a prominent securities and civil litigation firm in downtown Miami, FL.

Mr. Bartlett has filed hundreds of different kinds of bankruptcies for individuals and businesses. He has been involved in the bankruptcy reorganization of prominent Orlando area businesses, often with substantial success.
